This product contains all sorts of "scientifically tested" products with claims to help you train harder, race faster and recover quicker and it's touted as an all natural, plant based nitric oxide booster (containing beet root, carnosyn, tart cherry, and pomegrante juice). Beet root has been extensively discussed in the endurace world through the years and it has been "suggested" that beet root may help in dilating blood vessels, improving blood flow and allowing body to use less oxygen, increasing endurance and stamina. Tart cherry and pomegranate juice may also be a potent anti-inflammatory to help with muscle pain and recovery. Does it work? Well, as I mentioned earlier, it all sounds good in theory, right? Personally, I do use the product before hard training efforts and before races and I do feel like a get a small "edge" in regards to increasing my overall endurance and feeling less overall fatigue (once again I can't make any scientific claims to the product), but in my opinion, yes it works for me (only you can decide for yourself). The taste is a bit tart so I mix with less water than recommended to chug it faster.
