Ride all over the world.... from home!

Updated: May 20, 2022

If you have a long bucket-list of places that you would love to visit and ride (for me, I've been wanting to ride in the Dolomites for years), well, now you can ride there with the Rouvy app! This online training app takes your indoor cycling reality to new heights! Enjoy Rouvy on Windows, Mac, Apple TV, phone or tablet, with your own bike (or smart bike such as in my case where I'm using a Wahoo Kickr Smart bike), and an indoor trainer. My smart bike connects seamlessly with Rouvy and makes for a fully integrated experience. For those that aren't familiar, a smart trainer (or smart bike) automatically adjusts the resistance of the trainer to mimic the terrain that you are currently riding. This provides for a 100% realistic and immersive riding experience (especially in my case, as my smart bike even adjusts the incline/decline to move up and down!). For those that don't have a smart bike or smart trainer, you can still enjoy Rouvy with a traditional bike and indoor trainer set-up. You can pair a non-smart indoor bike, classic trainer or rollers with a power meter or speed sensor to calculate final speed from the accurate or virtual power. Let Rouvy take you on a tour of the world and finally ride those iconic climbs that you have watched the pros race up!

Some of my favorite highlights:

- High quality, real videos with video smoothing and animated 3D riders in 2D videos

- Group rides/time trials and e-races to keep you motivated. Group Ride function allows you to ride with the group without getting dropped due to "magnet" effect

- Huge library of videos to choose from including routes from all over the world - 7000km of certified routes, or build your own.

- Online races and challenges to keep you motivated - including $10k in prizes annually

- Personal cycling career that you can advance through each season
