I have a few different helmets in my rotation (don't ask me why, but hey, different conditions call for different helmets right?). Most of them come in at an expensive price-point; the Lem Flow has all my other helmets beat by a long shot regarding the cost (and in my opinion, with little lost regarding functionality and fit). I've done all day races in the LEM helmet and have found that it's just as breathable as my lighter road helmets and it seems to be just as adequate as far as venting for hot days; plus I have the added bonus of a visor which I prefer for long, sunny days on the trail or if I'm unlucky enough to get caught out in the rain. It's been a very comfortable, durable helmet and it even has a bug net liner over some of the front vents of the helmet (although I'm not sure why they only chose to only put the mesh over some of the front vents and not all of them). Like many of the latest MTB helmets, the Flow has full-back coverage, micro-fit adjustment, a cooling ventilation system, and indexing visor. The only thing that this helmet seems to be lacking is the internal MIPS (or other systems that some manufacturers are using) that claims to help protect against those oblique/rotational forces. That added bonus is usually found on the more expensive helmets and can be found on the LEM Motiv Air helmet.
