One of my favorite products for long distance racing and training. As the name says, this product serves up a generous 333 calories per serving, which means I get to spend more time pedaling and less time eating. During long events it's sometimes hard for me to eat solid foods so this product is a great way for me to get in some solid nutrition during longer races or training rides. I've used countless drink mixes through the years and this product has eliminated a lot of stomach cramping and gut problems that I've had in the past. And with the extra calories, I don't have to rely on eating as much solid food which may help reduce the likelihood of abdominal cramping.
Lemon lime is a race time favorite of mine (the tartness of the lemon keeps my mouth from getting too dry) and the added 50mg caffeine keeps you alert
